It Takes the Aviation World Filled With Men To Bring In Women Pilots
Women aviators are looking for the men of aviation to help foster the advancement of women in aviation. Aviation is not the typical career path for women, but times are changing. The stereotypical women’s vocation is teachers, doctors, attorneys, nurses, secretaries, etc. However, with the help of Women of Aviation, more and more women are being introduced to the possibilities of a career flying airplanes and helicopters. The passion to fly is there, and now the opportunities are following.
Women pilots are calling out the aviation industry to help build a pipeline of women pilots. It takes a village to raise a child… the same concept is found in the aviation world. Pilots help training new pilots. Its just the way it is. But have women been left out? The times have changed and many aviation industry leaders are getting behind organizations like Women of Aviation.
